What’s New with Adobe Photoshop Mix 1.3
As with the new release of the iPhone 8, Photoshop Mix 1.3 fixed associated bugs for ease of use. Now available for iPhone and iPad, you can enjoy this useful app in both or either devices.
One of the main complaints with the earlier version is that it’s often difficult to select a portion of an image. As with all things touchscreen, sometimes your fingers may not select the right area for editing. Adobe listened to this complaint and has incorporated an Auto Cutout feature. Think of it as a magic wand from the desktop version that will automatically select the primary elements from your photo.
If you’ve been longing for better color and font selection, Photoshop Mix 1.3 added that too, in their latest update. Now users can enjoy a variety of shades to add life onto their images. The Enhance feature has been renamed into Adjust, and also redesigned to make it even easier to correct photos. Brighten dim pictures to look better on galleries, or create a contrasting effect for a dramatic look.
To give their users more value, Adobe now lets you publish directly from your Gallery. There’s no excuse not to instantly share that photoshopped photo on Facebook or Instagram. Upload and view in a matter of seconds. One of Photoshop Mix’s greatest features is that it allows editing for two photos at a time. Make all kinds of cool effects to wow, surprise, and be the envy of your friends.
Adobe Photoshop Mix 1.3 – Almost Perfect
As with everything else, this app is not without its limitations. Of course, as it’s a handier version of the sensation Adobe software, editing more than two photos is for the meantime, impossible. There have also been complaints regarding slowness and freezing on some users. On iTunes and the App Store, Adobe does warn that Photoshop Mix is better used on newer models. Perhaps it’s one of the reasons why several users experience interface problems.
Photo-editing on touchscreen devices is always a challenge. It’s not the same as with a mouse or stylus. While cropping or selecting an area, you may encounter a bit of frustration because you can’t pick the exact spot. That’s normal, and hopefully, will be resolved with better attachments (perhaps?) in the future. Apart from these slight and understandable drawbacks, nothing beats Adobe’s performance when it comes to photo-editing.
Fast, top-notch and elegant – Photoshop Mix 1.3 is the best of its kind today. Pinch, zoom, adjust, crop, filter: there are loads of tools for both beginners and pros to enjoy. Plus, it connects with Facebook and other social media giants to make your image famous.
